Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to JSEL: Juridikani Sciencia and Empirical Law undergo a peer review process to ensure scientific quality and academic contribution. The review process is conducted as follows:
- Initial Screening
The editor evaluates the manuscript for its relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, as well as administrative completeness. - Review Process
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to qualified reviewers in the relevant field. JSEL applies a double-blind peer review system, where both authors’ and reviewers’ identities are concealed. - Review Decision
Reviewers provide recommendations: accepted, revised, or rejected. The editor communicates the review results along with comments and suggestions to the authors. - Revision
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ feedback within the specified time. - Final Decision
The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations and revised manuscript.
The entire process is conducted objectively, transparently, and in accordance with publication ethics.
