JSEL: Juridikani Sciencia and Empirical Law is committed to maintaining academic integrity and preventing plagiarism in all publications.

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar software. Manuscripts must meet an acceptable similarity index in accordance with the journal’s standards.

If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected or returned to the author for revision. In cases of serious misconduct, the manuscript may be rejected without further review.

Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their work and must ensure that all sources are properly cited.
