Publication Ethics
JSEL: Juridikani Sciencia and Empirical Law is committed to upholding integrity and ethical standards in scholarly publishing. All parties involved in the publication process—authors, editors, and reviewers—must adhere to the following principles:
- Author Responsibilities
Authors must present original work free from plagiarism. Manuscripts must not be under consideration elsewhere. Authors must properly cite all sources. Authors are responsible for the content and accuracy of their data. - Editor Responsibilities
Editors are responsible for making publication decisions objectively. Editors must maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts. Editors ensure a fair and unbiased review process. - Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers provide objective and constructive evaluations. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality of manuscripts. Reviewers should disclose any potential conflicts of interest. - Plagiarism and Ethical Misconduct
All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Any ethical misconduct may result in rejection or retraction of the manuscript.
