All manuscripts submitted to JSEL: Juridikani Sciencia and Empirical Law undergo a peer review process to ensure scientific quality and academic contribution. The review process is conducted as follows:

  1. Initial Screening
The editor evaluates the manuscript for its relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, as well as administrative completeness.
  2. Review Process
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to qualified reviewers in the relevant field. JSEL applies a double-blind peer review system, where both authors’ and reviewers’ identities are concealed.
  3. Review Decision
Reviewers provide recommendations: accepted, revised, or rejected. The editor communicates the review results along with comments and suggestions to the authors.
  4. Revision
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ feedback within the specified time.
  5. Final Decision
The editor makes the final decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations and revised manuscript.

The entire process is conducted objectively, transparently, and in accordance with publication ethics.
